Join us in shaping the future of data-driven connections About the Role As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of client accounts, administration and reporting within the Insurance space. You will work closely with Senior Account managers and clients to ensure that their needs are met and that client objectives are delivered successfully on time. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree will be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills A minimum of 2 years' experience in account management role Intermediate to advance excel skills. Proficient in MS Office. Strong attention to detail, time management Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering tasks. Analytical and task driven. Responsibilities Client Communication: Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients, including responding to queries, providing updates on campaign performance, and addressing any concerns. Campaign Management: Coordinate the lead generation process, including setting up campaigns, tracking lead volumes, and ensuring timely delivery to clients. Campaign Optimisation: Assist in analysing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation such as targeting, messaging, and conversion rates. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance metrics, such as lead volume, conversion, collections, costs and earnings and provide insights to the Senior Customer Success Managers. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, including but not limited to: Ensuring accuracy of data added to the BI system. Monthly billing recons. Monthly marketing material updates and audits. Managing complaints, exclusion lists, dedupe lists and handling opt-out requests effectively (internally). Ad-Hoc call audits. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Senior customer success managers and other team members to brainstorm ideas, share insights and contribute to overall team success. Apply Now
