Reference: CPT002535-CDJ-1 Our client based in Cape Town, Granger Bay, is seeking a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper, to join their team. This is an ideal opportunity to be part of a high-performance Finance/Operations team within a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting practice. The primary function of this role is to provide an efficient and effective, accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support to the Finance team. Requirements: Relevant 3 year Bachelors degree qualification in Financial Accounting (General Accounting). 3-5 years proven work experience in an accounting/ Bookkeeping role. Advanced level of competency in MS Excel software application. Intermediate level of competency in MS Office email and word applications. Exposure to Sage Pastel Partner Accounting software application would be an advantage. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise important tasks. Excellent communication skills.
