Hire Resolves Client, a leading Beverage Manufacturing Company is looking for a Junior Accountant to jon their team in Cape Town. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the finance team. Job Description: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents Assist in the maintenance of financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Prepare journal entries and ensure accuracy and completeness Assist in the preparation for financial audits and work with auditors as needed Help with payroll processing and other accounting tasks as assigned Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Stay up to date with accounting principles and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices Contribute to the overall success of the finance department and the company as a whole Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 1-2 years of work experience in accounting or a related field SAICA Articles completed would be advantageous.
