Assist in tracking and managing asset inventories
Work with relevant departments to ensure proper asset allocation

Collaborate with the insurance provider to address queries and concerns
On-BoardingHandle onboarding tasks, including account setup, equipment distribution, and coordinating required meetings
Ensure new employees are provided with the necessary resources for a smooth start
OffboardingManage the return of company equipment during employee offboarding
Performance and Productivity ScoresAssist in tracking and reporting employee performance and productivity metrics
Medical Aid and GAP CoverSupport in managing employee medical aid and GAP cover information
Employee RegistersMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee registers
TrainingUpdate training sheets, including matrices and budgets
Determine employee interest in various training programs
Schedule and coordinate training sessions
Adhoc Admin TasksHandle general administrative tasks as needed
Staff ManagementGeneral employee management of your assigned group(s), e.g., leave approval
Team Performance Management in accordance with company process
Attend and support employee-related administration
Support employee training initiatives
Support the recruiting and hiring initiatives, e.g interviews.
Minimum RequirementsDiploma in Finance/Office Administration or equivalent
Grade 12 with Mathematics (Pure Maths not Maths Literacy)
1-3 years experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Knowledge of financial concepts
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent writing and communication Skills (English and Afrikaans)
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
