Looking for candidate with experience in invoicing, preferably with accounting software such as Pastel. Microsoft product knowledge is a must. (Microsoft teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint is used daily) We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, friendly, and confident when dealing with clients daily. This is a fast-paced environment with high invoicing and quoting volumes. The candidate needs to be able to work well under pressure and have good time management skills as well as be organised and pay attention to detail. Willingness to learn fast and work as a team is important. The candidate must be confident on the phone and quick to tend to client queries and prioritise customer service. Duties •Quoting – (Requests received by email, telephonically , or by branch staff) •Opening job cards. •Invoicing. •Data capturing. (must be knowledgeable with Microsoft products) •Filing •Reception (Dealing with walk in customers, answering incoming calls) Sage Pastel or similar accounting software Microsoft teams Word Excel Outlook OneDrive SharePoint
