Valid PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation Clear Criminal Record At least 5 years' experience in the security industry Previous Senior Security Management experience in managing a medium security work force Grade 12 Senior Certificate Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English Valid driver's license / Own reliable vehicle Must be able to search males Must be fully Computer literate To be responsible for a profitable & professional Security environment Maintain high operational standards Controlling all assets and equipment entrusted to the position Enforcing company policies and procedures Professional client contact and problem-solving skills Managing all site personnel & training/evaluation of staff Time keeping and recording of time sheets Ensuring staff turn are kept to a minimal Communicating in a professional manner Safety, complying with all regulations of the OHSA Quality Management skills & Taking initiative Portraying a participative management style Remuneration: /-20K
