Junior Bookkeeper - Cape Town City Centre

Job Description:
General Admin duties include but are not limited to:
  • Creditors and Debtors
  • Bank and Credit card Reconciliation
  • Staff time sheets and leave forms
  • General filing
  • Stock control: Capturing stock figures and ordering of stock.
  • Answering phone and taking messages.
  • Updating price lists
  • Managing sales of Spare Wheel and Tonneau covers.
  • Stationary and consumables.
  • Manage the front office if the owner is away.
Qualification:
  • Xero Accounting (preferable) or similar.
  • Good attention to detail, numerate, good command of the English language. (written and spoken) and good people skills
