Job Description:
General Admin duties include but are not limited to:
- Creditors and Debtors
- Bank and Credit card Reconciliation
- Staff time sheets and leave forms
- General filing
- Stock control: Capturing stock figures and ordering of stock.
- Answering phone and taking messages.
- Updating price lists
- Managing sales of Spare Wheel and Tonneau covers.
- Stationary and consumables.
- Manage the front office if the owner is away.
Qualification:
- Xero Accounting (preferable) or similar.
- Good attention to detail, numerate, good command of the English language. (written and spoken) and good people skills
