Our dynamic coffee wholesaler and retailer company is currently seeking a bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess bookkeeping skills up to trial balance and an excellent understanding of Pastel Evolution. Proficiency in mathematics as a school subject is an essential requirement, as well as being a non-smoker. Minimum requirement Bookkeeping certificate. Mathematics as a subject in school is non-negotiable. Must have experience and knowledge of Pastel Evolution. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Must be fully bilingual. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities Reconciling bank statements and cashbook entries. Maintaining debtors and creditors ledger accounts. Reconciliations of debtors and creditors accounts. Preparing and processing invoices and payments. Recording financial transactions and maintaining the general ledger. Balancing accounts and preparing trial balances. Desired Skills: Bookkeeping to Trial Balance Pastel Evolution Mathematics Finance
