Today we have over 185 Kiosks nationwide, 22 depots, and 1100 pudo smart lockers. · Kiosk Cash Cards. · Petty Cash Top Up Requests. · Petty Cash – Checking, Filing & Processing. · Uniforms – Branches & Kiosks Internal Cost Transferring Journal. · Uniform Stock – Branches. · Packaging, Printing & Stationary – Branches & Kiosks Internal Cost Transferring Journals. · Subcontractors – Processing customer and supplier invoices. · Subcontractor Deductions Journals. · Subcontractor Payments – Cashbook Processing. · Subcontractor Reconciliations. · Fuel Reconciliations and related Journals. · Scanner Invoices. · Load Subcontractor loans and scanner purchases on internal system. · Loading of Subcontractors on internal system. · Management Account Reconciliations. · Order Stationary. · Canon; o Order machines for new kiosk and depots. o Liaise with Canon i.r.t machines services and toners required. o Cellphone Branches Recovery Schedule. · Any other Ad Hoc duties not limited to the above and may vary from time-to-time. Skills and Experience: - Have sound organizational and accuracy skills. - Bookkeeping principles. - Attentive to detail. - Be able to handle pressure. - Meeting all deadlines. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Time management skills. - Previous experience within a fast pace enviroment. - Sound debtor and creditor experience. - Experience in the courier industry is an advantage.
