Web Telecom Service are looking for a bilingual (English and preferably Xhosa) junior ISP support agent, who is passionate about helping customers and providing customer support. The agent will be responsible for providing support to pre-paid fibre customers by helping them with recharges, resolving and troubleshooting issues and logging support tickets with the supplier.This will be a initial contract position for 3 months, which may be changed to a permanent position if the project continues, and the agent's performance is satisfactory.Key requirements:-Matric-Friendly personality;-Skilled with Excel and Microsoft Office;-Computer and internet literate;-Logical thinker;-Well-spoken and confident;-Provide telephonic support;-Provide written support via email and whatsappThe position will be a fully remote position, and preference will be given to those in fibre coverage areas.Working hours will be partly flexible / shift related, with working 2 Saturdays a month.Salary will be market related, dependant on experience.Please send your CV to jobsweb-telecoms.co.za Apply Now
