Reference: CPT000843-CK-1My client, an expanding engineering consultancy based in Pretoria is currently looking to appoint an ambitious and skilled Junior Civil Structural Technician that wants to gain valuable site experience. This position will be based on site in Clarens for approximately 3 months and thereafter back in the Pretoria office until the next project requires site travel. Qualifications required: Diploma or Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering or equivalent and relevant field of study. Skills and experience required: At least 1 - 3 years’ experience. Experience in Prokon, Revit, AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is preferred. Ability and willingness to travel to and be site based for the required project period. Job description: Structural design under guidance of a professional engineer Prepare construction drawings and reinforcement layouts and schedules Site inspections etc. Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not heard from us within two weeks.
