Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Junior Compliance Officer to join their team in Limpopo. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to kickstart their career in the compliance field. The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance Manager and be responsible for assisting with compliance-related tasks and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures Support in conducting compliance risk assessments Assist with monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards Help with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and provide guidance Contribute to the maintenance of compliance records and documentation Stay updated with regulatory developments and assist in communicating changes to the relevant stakeholders Support in conducting internal compliance audits and investigations Assist with compliance training and awareness programs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in the financial industry Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Eager to learn and develop within the compliance field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well within a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Benefits Salary: negotiable Training & Development Performance Bonas Health Insurance Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move today Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
