Understand and interpret client briefs and deliver outstanding, innovative and original copy that meets client brief and exceeds client expectations. Take active ownership of key internal relationships with Art Director and Account Teams ensuring that multi touch point integrated campaigns are cohesively created and executed. Transform client approved idea/s into an effective campaign by briefing and managing the delivery of quality advertising from internal and external resources of photographers, directors, developers, studios and designers. Collaborate closely with Account and Planning teams in securing new business and establish an overall credible client relationship. Champion Open culture and Long Ideas Consistently generate rich, varied and creative ideas that are famously effective and award winning Responsibilities: Write clear, persuasive and original copy that achieves the requirements of the client brief and exceeds their expectations Understands client requirements through close collaboration with Account teams and takes ownership of the tone of voice and language style of the brands assigned to them Effectively manages own projects in coordination with team members from creative and other departments working within budget and scheduling requirements Ensures correct briefing of production companies, directors, developers and other external partners to ensure high quality outcomes as required Critically evaluate quality of outputs, reviewing and approving copy, amending, rewriting, redeveloping campaigns in response to client and team feedback Oversee all copywriting aspects of a campaign integrating multiple touch points and communication channels across all development stages from production to completion Participation and collaboration with Account teams on new business pitches and strengthening client relationships by attending client meetings as required with a view to increase sales and brand building Ensures all agency processes are maintained and adhered to in a timely manner e.g. timesheets Requirements: Qualifications and Languages: Minimum college level in relevant language ideally up to first degree level Working knowledge of English required to be able to work on international brands. Minimum 2 years' experience in an Advertising Agency Experience: Portfolio of multi-channel integrated communications across film, print and emerging media Strong evidence of cohesive and inspirational solutions for clients Portfolio of creative work demonstrating ability to work well with creative peers and collaborate effectively Demonstrated evidence of working on several client campaigns at once and operating to strict time scales Actively pursues creative interests and follows business opportunities outside work demonstrating development of creative abilities. Skills: Understands and builds expertise in the craft skills of the creative industry including film, media, events, online and other creative channels and understands the difference between an idea and an execution Sound understanding of copywriting methods and techniques demonstrated record of successful practical application Working knowledge of key software applications and IT skills for use in a commercial environment Abreast with latest advertising and creative trends, techniques and new developments Commercial skills to understand client business and industry contexts Strong presentation and objection handling skills Understands the importance of accuracy in work and demonstrates a keen eye for detail Apply Now
