Desired experience: Some degree of Debtors, Creditors and HR experience Strong admin and computer skills. Basic accounting skills. Own transport. ISO9001:2015 OMS experience will be advantageous: Management of ISO system OMNI experience will be advantageous CompuChem experience will be advantageous Experience of rating systems will be advantageous - Sampa, SABS, Thales, etc. Experience in stock control will be advantageous Experience in capturing and upholding of finished goods will be advantageous Responsibilities will include: PA to Factory Manager. Some Debtors and Creditors. Correspondence with management, distribution centres, suppliers, etc. General office admin. Capture invoices and recon of creditor accounts. Employee contracts, management of hours, leave, medical aid. Health and Safety – management of training, medical screening, PPE etc
