Junior CRM Administrator & IT User Support - Centurion

Key Responsibilities:
  1. CRM Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the CRM platform to align with business objectives, including custom fields, workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems related to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service/Support.
  2. Data Management: Oversee data integrity within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Implement data hygiene practices and procedures to maintain high-quality data.
  3. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionality, best practices, and processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  4. System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and system upgrades for the CRM platform. Ensure system security, stability, and performance.
  5. Integration Management: Manage integrations between the CRM system and other tools or platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Evaluate and implement new integrations as needed.
  6. CRM Procedure Development: Assist in the development and documentation of CRM policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  7. End User Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (beneficial).
  • Proven experience as a CRM administrator.
  • Expertise with HubSpot CRM (beneficial).
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (beneficial).
  • CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent (beneficial).
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator (beneficial).
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is required.
