If you have helpdesk experience and looking for a new challenge, then this opportunity might be for you. Minimum Requirements: - Relevant IT tertiary education - 1-2 Years’ Practical work experience as NOC Agent and/or IT Helpdesk Operator - Linux background advantageous Duties: (Including but not limited to) - Reporting: compile monthly reports in accordance to client requirements - Identify, analyse and resolve technical problems - Implement patch/release/hot fix to client according to maintenance schedule - Monitor and configure business impact and other composite relationships - Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of client infrastructure - Technical training and support to clients
