Requirements:

Relevant agricultural qualification will count in your favour
Experience farming with Stone Fruit is essential.
Computer literate and strong Excel skills
Great with budgets and costing
Logistical know-how
Excellent manager who is able to manage a diverse group of permanent as well as seasonal staff on the farm
