Job title: Junior Financial Manager (Operational)

Our client, in the agricultural industry, is looking to hire a Junior Financial Manager to join their consulting firm based in Stellenbosch as soon as possible.

Requirements:

BCom Degree
Completed Articles
CIMA Qualified (or in progress)

Experience needed:

Completed articles at registered auditing/accounting firm
Computer skills and extensive experience in Excel (beneficial)
Cost accounting & standard cost principles essential

Job description:

Manage full debtors process
Produce monthly management accounts
Process relevant year-end journal entries
Cashflow management and forecast
Assist in annual budget compilation
Oversee annual financial statements process
Monthly VAT reconciliation
Manage the SLA Process
Manage outsourced activities
Supplier reconciliation and negotiation
HR Function:
- Legal documentation (Client Contract etc.)
- New Employee onboarding
- KPA
- Performance Appraisals – salary increases

Area: Stellenbosch

Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 p.m. (depending on experience)
