Degree / Diploma in Logistics will be advantageous
Successful track record in administration / operations management in an operational / distribution environment is essential
This responsibility should include systems management and involvement with the expense management process
Accountable for:
Scheduling according to optimal driver and vehicle usage
Recommendations relating to delivery changes
Monitoring and controlling excessive driver usage and overtime
Identification and follow up on all driving deviations as per tracking system
Monthly reports / backhaul, KM / KPI information
Import tracking files and JEM Tracking file to Mix Telematix
Any other ad hoc duties
