Requirements: Must have obtained a Construction qualification. Must be able to understand and interpret building plans. Must be well presented. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be pro-active, willing to learn and be able to take constructive criticism. Responsibilities: Responsible for meeting with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Responsible for planning to achieve effective running of the construction site. Responsible for problem-solving on site.
