JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER - East London

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER/EAST LONDON – Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their team.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Proven Graphic designing experience

Must be familiar with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw)

Experience in vinyl applications is an added advantage

Computer proficiency (MS Office – Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook)

Code 08 Drivers license

Must be highly self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

Enthusiastic, good energy levels and strong communication skills

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company rules

Responsibilities:

Understand design briefs and determine requirements

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Comply with various brand C1 requirements

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and CI compliant

Vinyl decal printing and application

Salary – Market related, plus comms
