Assisting recruitment activities, ranging from selection to onboarding
Manage, present/facilitate and track instore training on all levels to ensure compliance and timeous completion
Participate in driving culture related initiatives in collaboration with the culture champions and store managers
Respond to solicited and unsolicited employment queries
Support HRBP in any ad-hoc HR related duties
General HR related administrative duties
Job Requirements;
HRM Diploma
3 years generalist HR experience ideally gained within a multi-site, customer focused business.
Aptitudes/Personality
A lively, outgoing character with a level of maturity understanding the diverse requirements of a people centred environment.
Willing to travel between different stores.
Intellectually able, needs to be a practical operator with a strong commercial understanding who can balance intuition on one hand, together with close attention to detail when appropriate.
It is essential that the candidate is highly flexible and adaptable.
