Junior HR Officer - Port Elizabeth

Job Description:

  • Assisting recruitment activities, ranging from selection to onboarding
  • Manage, present/facilitate and track instore training on all levels to ensure compliance and timeous completion
  • Participate in driving culture related initiatives in collaboration with the culture champions and store managers
  • Respond to solicited and unsolicited employment queries
  • Support HRBP in any ad-hoc HR related duties
  • General HR related administrative duties

Job Requirements;
  • HRM Diploma
  • 3 years generalist HR experience ideally gained within a multi-site, customer focused business.

Aptitudes/Personality

  • A lively, outgoing character with a level of maturity understanding the diverse requirements of a people centred environment.
  • Willing to travel between different stores.
  • Intellectually able, needs to be a practical operator with a strong commercial understanding who can balance intuition on one hand, together with close attention to detail when appropriate.
  • It is essential that the candidate is highly flexible and adaptable.
