Junior Internet Helpdesk Support - South Africa
Position: Junior Internet Helpdesk Support
Location: Edgemead (Office-Based)
Salary: R12,500 (Depending on experience)
Do you have a minimum of 2 years internet support experience and is familiar with Radius Manager, Mikrotik and Ubiquiti, then my client would like to meet you.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year in internet support role
- Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Software & Hardware
- Proficiency in Radius Manager Software
- Basic internet support and telephonic troubleshooting skills
- Fluency in English & Afrikaans
Additional Criteria:
- Ability to work under pressure
- 8 am to 5 pm availability (own transportation required)
- Must be available for after-hours support
