Junior Key Accounts / Sales â Chemical Manufacturing - - Johannesburg

Minimum requirements for the role:

A bachelors degree in a science or engineering or commercial is essential for this role.
The company is happy to train a graduate with no work experience into a junior key account role managing an existing portfolio of customers within the chemical industry.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Computer literacy is essential with good Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft skills.
Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Calling on an existing portfolio of customers maintaining existing relationships discussing new products for their manufacturing process.
Working closely with senior key accounts staff to learn new products and apply them to various customer manufacturing markets.
Visiting customers daily within the Gauteng area.
Working closely with the technical team in terms of coming up with new solutions and products for clients.
Attending and assisting in customer trials at customer premises within the chemical industry.
Working with the entire supply chain team to ensure that customers get their products on time.
