Zibo Containers, a manufacturer of thermoformed plastic packaging, has a vacancy for a self-motivated, dynamic and driven Jnr Management Accountant to be based at our Cape Town branch. Facilitate & plan stock counts, report variances & trends and continuously review the effectivity of stock management practices and controls. Assist Business Analyst to compile daily/weekly/monthly reports to relevant stakeholders (Budget vs Actual, Projections, Efficiencies etc). Assist Business Analyst to compile annual branch & capital budgets. Compile project proposals/calculations and manage actual vs projected expenditure. Involvement in cost analysis and price determination. Drive the collection of and reporting of functional business information to drive profitability and improvements. Ensure implementation and application of practices, policies, standards, procedures, and methods. Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement of systems, reports, and processes. Qulifications: BCom / BA or other relevant qualification. Qualified/part qualified as CIMA / SAIPA or CA. 3 years of post-grad working experience. Experience of the following would be advantageous: Operational Finance (budgets, projections, stock management, reporting for decision making etc) VBA / SQL or other Query writing tools Syspro or other manufacturing ERP's Market Related Salary depending on experience and qualifications.
