What you'll be doing if you get the job: You'll have to keep your finger on the pulse of our internal service level agreement to make sure that we achieve the agreed targets and turnaround times. You'll work closely with our claims assessors and build relationships with our Doctor's room. You will need to be creative in finding alternative ways of getting what we need from stakeholders. Who'll you report to: You'll be based at our Client Operations division at our Gqeberha office. You'll report to the Manager: Medical Requirements who is accountable for all medical appointments, chase of medical requirements and claims chase functions. Your duties will include but not limited to: • Following up on medical requirements daily • Making outbound calls and chasing claims requirements • Working closely with claims assessors Your qualifications: • You must have passed grade 12. Your experience: • You must have exceptional telephone skills • Claims administration experience in short- or long-term insurance • Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable Your skills and character traits: • You are organised and have administrative skills • You are quality driven • You have the ability to pay attention to detail (accuracy is important) • You have the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the team's accomplishments • You have the ability to operate effectively under pressure • You are task and deadline orientated • You must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities • You have a strong sense of ownership • You can manage your own time • You are proactive • You have a strong sense of ownership R6200 per month plus 40% monthly incentive bonus
