Don't miss this chance to excel and grow Apply now Min requirement and Qualification Matric Relevant Business degree (Supply Chain/Logistics/Procurement/Fashion) 1-2 Years’ experience in Demand Planning/ Graduate Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills Retail planning knowledge Analytical skills Superb communication skills in both Afrikaans and English Duties and Responsibilities Supporting the Merchandise Planner in maintaining stock availability within defined parameters and OTBs. Analysing replenishment orders from buyers and identifying opportunities for inter-store stock transfers. Establishing and nurturing relationships with Buyers, stores, and suppliers. Ensuring accuracy in demand planning to minimise. stockouts, aged inventory, and expired stock. Proficiency in utilising systems effectively. Setting and overseeing OTBs, emphasising data integrity, and ensuring all targets are loaded and accessible. Coordinating with Buyers and Stores on outstanding orders. Generating and configuring reports and conducting ad hoc analyses using Excel. Forecasting Sales based on historical demand and upcoming promotions or initiatives. Reporting on promotion performance. Collaborating with the Planner in reviewing ranges with Buyers, wholesalers, and suppliers, making decisions on product selection or discontinuation based on historical data. Assisting the Merchandise Planner in planning stock for new store openings, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Monitoring system updates, identifying potential issues, reporting to relevant parties, and driving prompt resolutions with minimal impact on system usage. Collaborating with the Planner in seasonal buys with relevant buyers, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and OTB. Presenting reports effectively. Personal attributes Attention to detail.
