Prepare accurate and timely customer reports.? Documentation.? Microsoft 365 – 1 year experience.? Installing and configuring Microsoft operating system, anti-virus software and other applications such as Microsoft Office.? Setting up Microsoft user accounts and profiles.? Installing Microsoft and application updates and patches.? Configure, administer, and support laptops, desktops and servers running Windows operating systems.? Perform necessary health checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts.? Assist in analysing, assigning, and escalating helpdesk support calls.? Report and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary.? Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and update all systems and/or portals accordingly.? Basic knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches. Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Azure is a bonus.? Mac experience will be a bonus. Required Skills:? Strong communication skills – verbal and email.? Good problem-solving skills? Adhere to processes and policies.? Attention to detail.? Need to attend customer meetings.? Ability to talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue Ability to work well in a pressurized environment.? Exceed customer expectations - Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements, and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey.
