Position Title: ECM Product Engineer - Junior Programmer Reports to: ECM Solutions Architect Support for: ECM Solutions Architect, existing and prospective clients Location: Cape Town Hours of work: 8:30am to 5:00pm Qualification and Experience: Degree/Diploma/Qualification relevant to the position Working knowledge of:  Programming Java Script SQL API integration and Development (a bonus) Laserfiche ( you will be taught this) Key skills/Job specific competencies: Analytical Ability to solve problems Ability to build and maintain business relationships Desire to learn and grow within the organisation Strong team player Ability to work under pressure PURPOSE: ISN Vision Statement: Adding value to our customers and organisations by provisioning business focused I.T solutions, improving efficiencies, service and sales. Objectives:  To demonstrate the ECM products to prospective clients  To on-board new clients  To maintain and build new systems for existing clients  To ensure integration to billing is maintained. New client acquisition 2. Implementation of ECM products 3. Development of existing clients The ECM Product Engineer has particular responsibilities and key accountabilities that are a feature of this role, namely; KPA’S ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES KPI’S 1. New client acquisition • Research ECM product fit Develop a pitch to present to prospective clients Demonstration of ECM product Scope of Work/POC/POA Close  Number of new clients 2. Implementation of ECM product New scope/POA based on above POC Develop Train Implement Ongoing support  Turn-around-time as agreed with by all parties noted in the POA 3. Development of existing clients • Follow up calls Client meetings Development of new projects from the results of the above  Number of new projects per existing clients Apply Now
