Role: Site Agent (Junior Project Manager) Location: Hermanus - Western Cape Salary: R 10 000 - R 15 000 Responsibilities: Read and interpret building plans. Coordinate day-to-day operations on construction sites. Lead a small team, providing guidance and support. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project budgets and expenses. Address any issues that may arise during construction. Requirements: Relevant experience Technical capabilities with the ability to read building plans. Strong organizational and project management skills. Good communication and public relations skills. Willingness to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibilities. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
