Valid RSA driver's licence. Own reliable transport. No criminal record. Responsible for ensuring cost-effectiveness, profitability, risk management, and contractual compliance in projects. Monitoring financial and commercial aspects, detecting variances and safeguarding contractual rights. Supporting department specialists, monitoring subcontractor productivity, and ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to company procedures and systems. Understand and submit tenders. Analytical thinking. Attention to detail. Colaborative. High level of ethics and confidentiality. Planning and organising. Market related and dependant or experience.
