  • Cold calling experience to generate new business
  • Experience chasing leads and referrals
  • Working in an environment that is target-focused
  • Experience placing orders and following up on deliveries (after-sales service experience)
  • Experience in telesales
  • Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets with a focus on profitability.
  • Business Development: Conduct cold calls, canvass for new business, and follow up on leads and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly visit clients, prepare quotations, place orders, and ensure excellent after-sales service.
  • Marketing Activities: Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Process Adherence: Follow company processes and systems, maintaining accurate and comprehensive reporting.
  • Team Player: Collaborate and contribute to the overall success of the team in any capacity required.
  • Professionalism: Maintain decorum and excellent manners to uphold a positive reputation.

Performance Targets:

  • Make 10 completed phone calls daily to potential clients (only counted when reaching the decision-maker / Technician), recorded on Bitrix.
  • Schedule and conduct a minimum of 5 meetings every two weeks, accurately recorded on Bitrix.
  • Achieve an average monthly turnover of R50,000.00 for the first 6 months and R100,000.00 for the following 6 months.
