Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the team's sales targets. This role is perfect for an individual who is eager to develop their sales skills and grow within a supportive and thriving business environment. Responsibilities: Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to improve sales strategies and enhance product knowledge. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new market penetration and sales growth. Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to help tailor products to the market needs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system. Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude. Ability to handle rejection and stay positive. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. A proven track record of achieving sales quotas. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
