Title: Junior Salesforce Developer
Location: Hermanus, Western Cape
Remuneration: Up to R500,000.00 CTC per annum (salary based on qualifications and experience)

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Key Requirements:
It is desirable that the candidate have proven expertise in both business and technical facets of the role including:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in any related field.
- Salesforce Development Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce App Builder.) recommended.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Salesforce Development and release management support.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience in SQL is recommended, but not required.
- Ability to solve problems and/or deliver innovative solutions.
- Ability to cope well under pressure and remain calm in dynamic situations is crucial.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on multiple tasks to achieve positive outcomes is crucial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to explain complex issues in easily understood language that convey key messages successfully at all levels of the organisation.
The Role:
As a Junior Salesforce Developer within the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will collaborate closely with the Senior Salesforce Developer and Business Analyst (BA) to support Salesforce implementation, maintenance, and enhancements from a technical perspective.
