The Junior Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing support, training, maintenance, and acting as a liaison between the company and service providers for various information systems used within our agricultural business. This role will require a d eep understanding of the systems, as well as the ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and external service providers. Analysing and identifying any gaps within the departments and various systems to be addressed. Key Responsibilities: System Support: Provide first level support for the following information systems: Dipar Datagear, Peopleflow, Hubdoc, Payspace, Syft, Power BI, Mesh, Xero, Approval Max, Sign now, Netcash, Picsa, and Microsoft 365 ,Jotform Troubleshoot and resolve system related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a detailed knowledge of each system to assist end users effectively. Training: Develop and deliver training programs and materials for employees to ensure they have a solid understanding of the systems they use. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance system proficiency. System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the information systems, ensuring they are up to date and secure. Collaborate with IT and system administrators to implement patches, updates, and fixes. Liaison with Service Providers: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external service Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external service providers for the supported systems.providers for the supported systems. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the listed information systems is a plus. Certification in relevant systems and technologies is desirable.
