Junior Temporary Employment Services Recruiter - Johannesburg

Exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to deliver a top-notch recruitment service for temporary positions. Inherent requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2 to 5 years recruitment experience
  • Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitment
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

Preferred requirements:

  • Good communications skills in English, Sesotho and Sepedi
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with candidates.
  • Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client's specification.
  • Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas
  • Build up a database to support clients’ needs
  • Compile adverts and effective screening of response
  • Network to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
  • Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirements.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by management.
