Inherent requirements:

Matric
2 to 5 years recruitment experience
Previous experience in blue collar and white recruitment
Computer literate (MS Office)

Preferred requirements:

Good communications skills in English, Sesotho and Sepedi
Ability to communicate and work closely with candidates.
Willing to work under extreme pressure and with a sense of urgency.
Willing to work overtime when required.

Duties and responsibilities:

Interview and screen sourced blue collar candidates according to client's specification.
Proactively build a candidate database on the market, by sourcing and recruiting technically skilled candidates in demographically isolated areas
Build up a database to support clients’ needs
Compile adverts and effective screening of response
Network to ensure strong database of skilled candidates
Conduct detailed competency-based interviews and references on applicants.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirements.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by management.
