South Africa Johannesburg, South Africa Commercial Sales 03/05/2024 KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - SOUTH AFRICA Job Responsibilities The De'Longhi Group is one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances associated with the world of coffee, kitchen, air conditioning, and home care. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Accounts Manager located in Constantia Kloof, Gauteng. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Secure promotional “fair share” for De’Longhi products in customer broadsheets, leaflets, e-commerce activities, etc. Lead the trading terms negotiations and developing corresponding monthly/quarterly/annual business plan as approved by the company terms and conditions Control of trade funds management and optimization Job Profile QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business 3 years' of relevant work experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions.
