Our client is seeking a visionary Key Accounts & Business Development Manager to spearhead their market expansion and nurture new commercial ventures. This role is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker with a flair for identifying and seizing market opportunities to propel our client to new heights. - Conduct a comprehensive market analysis of the plastic packaging industry, pinpointing trends and opportunities. - Translate complex data into actionable insights, shaping the product and market strategy. - Forge and cultivate relationships with new clients, opening doors to exciting sales prospects. - Serve as the pivotal liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless product development. - Collaborate with Packaging and Technical Managers to innovate and respond to market needs. - Craft and execute business plans for alternative products, in sync with the Sales and Regional Teams. - Present cutting-edge packaging solutions to newly onboarded clients. - Strategically allocate budgets for market research and product development initiatives. - Amplify our client's market presence through proactive engagement and expansion activities. - A blend of commercial acumen and technical engineering expertise. - A minimum of 6 years' experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the plastics or FMCG sectors. - A proven track record of customer-centricity and scouting new business opportunities. - Demonstrated success in driving projects and solving complex problems. - A robust technical understanding of packaging system requirements. - Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
