Our client is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Achieve Budget requirements.
Develop call schedules.
Plan sales calls to ensure a value-added approach.
Plan on building market share across all categories.
Demonstrate products to clients.
Build client relationships and ensure service effectiveness.
Conduct regular customer performance reviews.
Develop and implement promotional activity
Build on and research product and industry knowledge.
Submit reports by the required deadlines.
Proactively look for new business and market opportunities.
Manage sales administration and other duties as required.
Provide market intelligence feedback.
Develop agreements as and when required.
Manage interns and other staff allocated to the role and customer base.

Customer service and relationship building.
Communication & persuasiveness.
Resilience and positive outlook.
Business acumen.
Drivers license and travel is required.
Qualifications:
Relevant Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
5 or more years experience in sales or food science preferably in FMCG + experience in the handling of
key accounts would be advantageous.
