SALARY / CTC : R 28 000 basic with incentive bonuses (negotiable)

Report to: Director and Sales Marketing Manager

Our Client is a leading provider of branded clothing dedicated to serving educational sector across Pretoria and beyond.

Job Description:

As a Key Accounts Sales Executive focusing on educational sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within this key sector. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements and drive mutual success.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the educational sector, including schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support services.
  • Understand the specific needs and challenges of each educational institution and provide customised solutions to address them effectively.

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the educational sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the educational landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and tactics for the educational sector.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services tailored for the educational sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the educational sector.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to the educational sector , showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and conversion rates within the educational sector.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales activities, successes, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field would be beneficial but not required.
  • Proven experience in sales/account management
  • Strong understanding of the educational landscape and market dynamics in Pretoria and South Africa
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable car and valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in Afrikaans and English
