Responsibilities Create and develop original and trend-focused designs for kids' clothing Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, production, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and successful product launches Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences Prepare detailed technical specifications and design documentation Participate in sample reviews and provide feedback to ensure product quality and fit Stay informed about industry developments and emerging fashion trends Ensure timely execution of design projects and adherence to production timelines Keep abreast of target market preferences and design clothing that meets their needs and expectations Collaborate with suppliers, maintain relationships and ensure the availability of quality materials Requirements Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field Proven experience as a Kids' wear Designer in the retail industry Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and production processes Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Creative mindset with a good sense of color, pattern, and proportion Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for children's fashion and knowledge of current trends Benefits Salary negotiable Training & Development Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
