You will be offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions encompassing design, manufacturing, and installations Concept & Style Research Customer profiling Needs Analysis Transforming needs into a concept Space planning Creating a Visual Using ArtiCAD to turn the concept into a visual design Making it Functional Submitting documentation for costing and manufacturing. Detailing resolution Specialised drawings for client sign-off Costing and Refining Working alongside the Quantity Surveyor to refine design for final cost resolution Adding in the Details Curating the final fixtures, fittings, equipment, and styling elements that tie the space together. Post Contract Site inspections with client appointed manager/ contractors to ensure design is executed as intended Client Relationship and Sales In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and managing client relationships. It will also be required to assist with financial management of various projects. Although not the primary responsibility, you would need to support with pre and post sales as a developmental opportunity for future growth within the company Best Practices Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations Minimum requirements R elevant qualification in Interior Design (or equavalent relevent qualification) AND at least 3 years ArtiCAD experience AND Excel Additional requirement Valid driver's license and own transport Market related and subject to experience Apply Now
