Job Description Health and safety awareness. Fair understanding of the company’s quality management system. Keen interest to strengthen skills in asphalt, aggregate and binder technology through training processes. Testing and analysis of binder and asphalt. Knowledge of performance grade testing. Plant recipe/ mix design changes Lead lab team and ensure results are processed as per QMS Qualifications & Experience Matric or equivalent National Diploma in Civil or Chemistry advantageous. At least 2 years laboratory work in asphalt and bituminous industry.
