Our client in the chemical industry is looking for a Laboratory technician to join their team in Mandeni  Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis on various samples, including record keeping  Analytical support to customer and service staff in an accurate and usable manner  Maintain and/or arrange for maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, Preventative maintenance of dosing equipment.  Familiarize oneself with the laboratory safety requirements and operate the laboratory in accordance with this practice and proper Housekeeping principles  Responsible for chemical dosing and optimization of all treatment programs  Trouble shooting systems such as cooling towers, boilers, filters and ion exchange systems.  Customer interaction and feedback  Grade 12  National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry / Chemical Engineering  Experience in the following:- Boiler / Cooling Eflluent Water Treatment Sampling, Testing & Reporting General & Specific Laboratory Work Computer Skills (Microsoft office – Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)  Own Transport will be advantageous, will be reimbursed for travel Market Related Apply Now
