Duties and responsibilities Assisting with research assignments related to employment laws and practices Attend and observe Disciplinary, grievance and counselling hearings. Chair disciplinary hearings with Senior consultant supervision. Attend and observe CCMA Arbitration Participate in CCMA conciliation Prepare and file monthly IR reports Complete daily office tasks, including but not limited to filing Attend ER Meetings with Senior consultant You will be required to travel extensively. Chair appeal and review hearings under senior supervisor Our team is ready to teach you everything you need to learn to become the best ER person you need to be.
