No experience required, just an eagerness to persue a career in Industrial Relations. Law Degree is essential The Internship with be a 1 year program and thereafter you will move into a Junior Labour Relations Specialist role. We have an exciting opportunity waiting for you at our client's head office in Montana Pretoria Position : Labour Relations Intern ( full time permanent role) Location : Montana, Pretoria Company: A dynamic company rooted in the mining sector, committed to fostering positive labour relations and upholding legal standards. As part of a team, you'll have the chance to work with a highly unionised workforce, engage in union negotiations, draft legal documents, and contribute to shaping fair and equitable workplace policies. You will get exposure to: Union Negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to labour relations. Assist in resolving disputes and grievances in accordance with legal guidelines. Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a harmonious work environment. Requirements: Law Graduate with a focus on Labour Law. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Proximity to Montana, Pretoria is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Very detail orientated. Passion for labour relations and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
