For a leading provider of precision machining and metalworking solutions, we are hiring Lathe Operators for permanent on-site jobs in Germany/Austria/Europe. Willingness to relocate to Germany/Austria is required - we provide full visa sponsorship and relocation assistance. Role & responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate Lathe Machines (e.g. CNC) Monitor and inspect parts for conformance to drawings and quality standards Interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to produce parts Maintain a clean working environment in the machine shop area Attend department and company meetings Comply with the company’s business and human resources policies; work rules; safety, OSHA and MIOSHA requirements; quality standards; standard operating procedures; requirements and applicable local, State, and Federal regulations Perform other related duties as needed and assigned Requirements formal education of at least 2 years or an academic degree in a related field at least 5 years of professional experience as a lathe operator knowledge of lathe operation, tool selection, workpiece setup, toolpath programming, speed and feed control, measuring instruments and blueprint reading Flexibility, independence and assertiveness Systematic, networked way of thinking Strong communication and teamwork skills Target-oriented work under pressure High level of commitment, good motivator and team player Very good command of English Prior knowledge of German is a plus, but not mandatory Willingness to learn German Benefits visa sponsorship if needed 13th 14th salary every year (in June and December, you get double the payment) attractive compensation based on European market standards at least 5 weeks of paid vacation every year relocation assistance full social benefits such as European health insurance flexible working hours on-the-job training and continuous opportunities for learning and growth Apply Now
