REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
Previous experience in programs such as CorelDRAW or Illustrator
Excellent computer skills
Previous graphic designs skills advantageous
Interest in graphic design
Able to work under pressure
Have excellent communication skills both over email and telephonically.
Reliable
Friendly personality
Excellent problem-solving skills

DUTIES

Liaising telephonically with clients and suppliers and following up on orders
Liaising with the layout artist administrators
Redrawing clients logos
Liaising with suppliers and following up on orders
Managing all internal e-mail correspondence
Assuring all artwork received is correct and received timeously
Ensure deadlines are met with workload management and allocated orders
Managing all e-mail correspondence
Management of and assisting with the above-mentioned duties in the absence of and on behalf of colleagues within the same department

Salary: depending on experience, plus a contribution to the company medical aid.
