Responsible for leading and managing a team of Commissioning Engineers to ensure the successful installation, testing, and commissioning of BESS projects. Providing technical expertise,
guidance, and coordination to the team members, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring the highest quality standards in commissioning activities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Commissioning Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the commissioning process.
Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and documentation templates to standardize and streamline the commissioning process.
Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues that arise during the commissioning process, providing expertise and guidance for effective problem resolution.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team, implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in BESS commissioning, and share knowledge with the team to enhance their technical capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including utility companies, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to address project-related concerns and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for process improvement.
