IPS: Health and Wellness is looking for a well-spoken and enthusiastic lead generator. The successful candidate will join the Lead Generation department and will qualify leads for the sales department. IPS: Health and Wellness is a young, vibrant company that is passionate about providing South Africa with great health supplements and vitamins. Duties & Responsibilities Phoning current clients to give them an opportunity to spoil their family and friends with a health voucher. Conduct health assessments over the phone with potential clients. Following up with clients to find out if they have received their referral packs before the lead is sent on to other departments. Qualify leads for the sales team. .Desired Experience & Qualification Must have a three year degree Must be bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Must have excellent communication skills. Be able to work in a team and alone. Be target driven. Be versatile, allowing them to accomplish new tasks if required. Be enthusiastic. Package & Remuneration Successful candidates will be required to work a three month probation period after which (if successful) they will be entitled to the following benefits: Pension fund Disability fund Paid maternity leave Salary structure is commission based. The successful candidate can expect to earn a salary between R 10 000 and R 25 000.
